Whether you are in the Tech, Medical, Fishing, Dental, Industrial or Military industries, very small plastic containers are going to be a necessary part of your work place. With all of these industries in mind we created the MicroVials, an American made container line to fit nearly all of your small packaging needs.
MicroVials are extremely small hinged-lid containers that are manufactured with the highest quality medical and lab grade polypropylene available. This 100% recyclable plastic is BPA Free, Lead Free, REACH, RoHS, and FDA compliant and will meet safety regulations for leach free containers.
Along with this our lab grade containers are manufactured following strict American and European governmental and industrial regulations. With our high quality plastic and manufacturing standards we ensure that our customers can trust that what is going in their packaging is as safe as it can be while also being cost effective.
The great part about these containers is their unique hinged lid design. This lid offers an inner closure on the container helping them to be moisture and air resistant and in turn helps prevent various contaminants from reaching your products.
With over 20 different lightweight and durable sizes available in 3 different diameters, MicroVials range in size from just a third of an inch all the way to three quarters of an inch diameter with various heights available.
With medical grade polypropylene being the standard, MicroVials are available in several other material options. These include the ESD inhabiting Conductive anti-static and static dissipative. Also available are the gamma sterilizable plastic in various sizes.
Made in the USA with 100 percent recyclable plastic, MicroVials are available in over 25 opaque and transparent colors and can be custom labeled in select sizes. As always we recommend testing our containers with your products before mass purchasing to ensure compatibility and samples may be requested through our website. These containers are uniquely suitable as a component in my invention. The container would be altered for my use. Once converted to my use the container can no longer be used as originally intended. The alterations prevent it. However, the unique molded V shape on the lid would be recognizable as derived from your product. Can you mold this product without the V shape in the lid, with a plain domed design? I plan to have my invention patented.

Otherwise can your product be used in my design without patent infringement? In essence your product would be destroyed for its intended use and reclaimed for mine.
