What Is ABS-BAS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

LA Container offers many types of ESD (ElectroStatic Discharge) plastic materials<\/a>. One of them is ABS-BAS<\/a> and it stands for Blue Anti-Static Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene<\/a>. It is an electrostatic dissipative material that will dissipate the static buildup that is formed on the surface of the container. The material is slightly conductive with a surface resistivity between 1×1010<\/sup>ohm\/sq to 1×1012<\/sup>ohm\/sq and surface resistance of 1×109<\/sup>ohm to 1×1011<\/sup>ohm. A voltage from 5kV to 50V will decay in less than 2 seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
