LA Container offers many types of ESD (ElectroStatic Discharge) plastic materials. One of them is CAS-PP and it stands for Conductive Anti-Static Polypropylene<\/a>. Our CAS-PP is a conductive material that will ground the container to the work surface it is touching. This allows our plastic CAS packaging<\/a> to be able to discharge any static build up very quickly from the surface of the material. Since it is conductive, the surface resistivity is less than 1×106<\/sup> ohm\/sq and surface resistance that is less than 1×105<\/sup>ohm. A voltage from 5kV to 50V will decay in less than 2 seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
