It is a conductive material that will ground the container to the work surface it is touching. This allows containers made of this material to be able to discharge any static build up very quickly from the surface of the material. Since it is conductive, the surface resistivity is less than 1×106<\/sup> ohm\/sq and surface resistance that is less than 1×105<\/sup>ohm. A voltage from 5kV to 50V will decay in less than 2 seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
